“My wife and I came up to Valvoline because our check engine light came on, we were greeted by Nate, Alex and Sam. While were checking it, the car wouldn't come back on. Alex tried to give it a jump and it still wouldn't come on. Nate changed out the battery for a new, but no avail. He offer to take my wife and I home, he also allowed us to sit in the shelter after hours. This was an unfortunate event but I'm glad to have had Nate, Alex and Sam to help. Nate, I truly appreciate your patience and willingness to help us, you for beyond your job title to make sure my wife and I were safe and comfortable! KUDOS!!!
