“Stopped in to my local GameStop while out running errands last weekend and wanted to comment on the patience I witnessed from both the associates working- especially Candice. I think pretty much everybody has come to terms with the fact that GameStop doesn't pay anything close to retail for used games... everybody except the neighborhood methhead, apparently. Despite having more than two customers finally get fed up enough to say something to him, he still felt that making a scene about the $1,000 a month he spends there was going to get him a better offer for the game he bought the day before and only took the plastic off so he could bring it back. Anyway... point is Candice did great with her customer service game, just sucked seeing someone up against something where there wasn't an obvious 'Win', figured I'd chime in with a judge's opinion from the field.”
