Well when my husband passed away in February of 2019... I was very pleased they paid out right away to the funeral Home and sent me the balance of our life insurance in a check immediately. I didn’t have to jump through hoops like a lot of other people with different insurance plans to get their funerals paid off and receive the balance of their life insurance. Couldn’t ask for better agent or Life insurance company
