The sweet iced tea was great. The fries appetizer was a great start. Our meals were so delicious, we kept looking at each other with smiles and signs of approval. Great Midwestern BBQ. It was a Friday night at 8 pm, and it was very noisy, but worth the noise!”

“The resort was beautiful and clean. The grounds were well manicured and the beach was clean. They offered daytime and night time activities. There were at least 2 shows each night. The food was delicious, there are 7 restaurants and a food truck. The room was nice and clean, all the food and drink items in the room are yours to eat and drink and they will restock them daily. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly and tentative to our needs. The drinks came in a variety and were strong. We will definitely be going back. The trip was relaxing and much needed. “TOM! What a guy! After being told by Mazda I need to replace my transmission, I brought it to Tom for a second opinion. He noticed the only issue was a severed wire to a solenoid, which was able to be replaced for a MUCH cheaper cost. Tom was upfront with me about tests to run, cost, and what his thoughts were. I am a young female and often have issues finding honest and helpful service for my vehicle. Shoutout to Tom, I would truly recommend him to anyone.”

“I would like very much to share the amazing experience(s) I have had as a client of Barbara while taking her classes since October, 2021. This is my second experience with following a class in Yoga since last taking a class at the YMCA in NKC about three years ago. I think what makes this time around exceptional is the ability to do classes remotely (saving time), but more so the extraordinary opportunity to have discovered classes offered by such an enthusiastic and motivated Yogi as Barbara Anderson. Barbara’s experience, knowledge, skill, energy, and unmatched personality makes this second experience an unparalleled discovery. Since having stopped following classes with my first experience with Yoga classes, I have had challenges with lower back pain at times that I have encountered while working on various home projects as well as while sleeping at night, in addition to planar fasciitis resulting from walking extensively several times a week with old shoes. A visit to a physical therapist was helpful with recommendations for doing stretching exercises before walking. But he also advised me of the need to perform varied types of physical movements in a balanced manner to avoid over use of muscles, ligaments and tendons using only one type of movement. This was the reason I had decided to return to Yoga once again. Barbara's classes (Yoga and Awareness Through Movement) are the reason I find myself more readily able to move into late winter and early spring projects without pre-conditioning, as well as being able to sleep at night without needing to wear a back brace. I have been able to do this while following five to six classes a week with Barbara. It is proof beyond doubt that regular and balanced movement can have a significant impact on your quality of life no matter the age of an individual. As Barbara often says, “Reach, reach, reach!”, and “Reach for the ceiling!” Thanks for the experience.”

I have now buried both of my parents through Louis Memorial Chapel, and I hope you all know how important your amazing customer service is. We never questioned the advice Steve offered us. We trusted him, which is all the more important when a family is grieving. When we were in the casket room, Steve came out with a file letting us know that the casket my stepmother chose was the same my father and his brother chose for their mother (my grandmother) over a decade ago. “Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated right away it was pretty packed. Our server was kind and efficient the food came out in a reasonable time and was piping hot. I myself did enjoy the burger and the fries may have been my favorite part. Didn't try an appetizer because our waiter was really busy and didn't want to add any more stress to her evening so we kind of wanted to eat and get out of there.
