Prices are great, and the selection is very solid and ever growing! We never fail to find something neat and something new there. Seriously one of the best hidden gems around, and even though for us it’s a little bit of a drive (we live almost an hour from town) it is worth it. “When your phone has quit on you, and you really need a phone, I decided to try this nearby Metro. The clerk tried everything ro help resolve my phones "issues", was sympathetic to my problem, spent an inordinate amount of time (since there were no customers waiting) explaining things in terms I understood. I only had a small amount I could spend for a substitute and though he tactfully recommended a different model, there was only one option. It was every bit the disappointment I anticipated it would be, but that wasn't his fault. Customer service like this is rare even when a store isn't busy, and I called back a few days later to thank him again for his help.”
