This time my coffee split on the keys :( I was frantic, in tears and Dave spent extra time answering my load of questions. He was even so kind to help again, on the phone with my more questions, when I was purchasing a new computer. Also he recovered my priceless photos that I will always be thankful for. Trevor did a great job but AT&T was a 30 min. wait every time we had to call them. It took hours to get it done and I'm sure I would have not been able to do it myself.
