Though my brother's family intended to have him cremated and, at the time, had not yet determined what they wanted to do with his ashes, Don offered to handle all the necessary arrangements, charge only the nominal fee for the cremation process, and then present the cremains to his family. There was no pressure whatsoever to use any more services from Swan Lake or purchase anything, only that it was available to the family if they were needed.
