I bought a 2005 Ford Escape that had a power steering pump leak along with a bad front passenger axle. They gave me a fair price on the trucklet and included a remanufactured power steering pump. I purchased the axle on rockauto.com for half of what Autozone wanted and ABS/4WD was restored and inspection was passed. The trucklet has now been to Nashville and back to KC with no major issues other than a *LOT* of deferred maintenance that I had to catch up on.”

She was honest and told me it was out on a test drive at that moment. We decided to continue to drive that way in hopes maybe the deal would not go through. About 15 min later, Joanna called me to let me know he was going to buy it. “Me and my GF moved here from out of state. Finally we needed to get an inspection on a newly bought whip. We went to Optimal bcuz it's down the street. I read reviews, but kinda scratched my head when I keep seeing 1 stars, but I kept noticing FRANK SMITH, BOB WILLIAMS, KAREN SMITH, STEWART JONES, and ABBREVIATED NAMES.... Hmmm, weird. But our experience was fantastic!!! Kelly the owner helped us directly, which a lot of business owners are golfing and don't spend much time at work, working! He used his own car to go get parts while his mechanic started wrenching... Thats pretty rare customer service. Got our inspection done on the spot, brought two more vehicles in the next morning... Speedy service! Fixed a starter on my car and a tie rod on my girls'. Nothing else, no swindling, no nickle and diming. Good and fair labor costs (having done myself or paid for these repairs before at diff shops over years). Honestly just a straight up good shop, we couldn't have gotten luckier. And although I went in for repairs, I did look at a Tahoe on the lot, I love Tahoe/Yukons. Looked great, rims/interior/body, not over priced, and to be frank, the 2 ppl I saw in the buying lobby... Well looked like they couldn't afford groceries, but wanted a $5k loan on a $10k vehicle. (Which are probably the Smiths, and Williamsons, and R.K.s with bad reviews. Just my 2 cents.”
