“I had suspension work done on my old 2003 Toyota 4Runner here at the end of October and I had the most positive positive experience I could imagine. I tried to do the work on my own and failed, so I searched for a week at local shops and ultimately made an appointment with Adventure Motors. From the moment I parked my truck and walked in I was greeted by one of mechanics and he gave me a quick tour of their shop/showroom. I liked that. It made me comfortable enough to hand him my keys and walk away. Even when there was a problem I was contacted via email AND a phone call. Excellent follow up and problem resolution. Picking up the truck was fantastic. The look exceeded my expectations. I also met Michael and we had a pleasant conversation about other modifications that would complete my goals. So comfortable, I think I paid the invoice before I actually saw my truck... In short, the service was great and it was easy to do business. I’m currently looking for an additional Toyota to adventure in. I’ll be back.”

Drove there, went for a test drive and loved it. They already had the price we wanted with the rebates so we started the paperwork. After a signing marathon as with all large purchases, they had it detailed and ready to go. Was late on Saturday night but everyone there was nice and friendly. “I bought a Suburban from Dean Ferraro a couple of days ago and just wanted to say that this guy was really nice to work with. I even test drove a van before driving the truck that I finally decided on buying and when I backed it in the way he had it parked before I left, I made contact with the fence of his property and scuffed the back bumper. He could have charged me but he was kind enough to let it pass and off I went to test the Suburban. When it came time to deal for the truck that was marked 2995.00, I offered 2850, and Dean was kind enough to accept the offer, and then said that he would have it inspected for me on him also. Since I was going to register the truck in Kansas, I had no need of a Missouri inspection so I declined his kind offer. A few days later, I determined that in fact I did want to register the vehicle in Missouri, and stopped by and asked him if I could still get the inspection that he offered. He could have said too much time had passed to get that, but he didn't, and set me up an inspection on Ferraro Motor Co. The truck has been a joy so far, with no issues and it's a blast to drive. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone considering buying a quality used vehicle. ”
