The staff was very sweet and caring. They made sure she was fed and kept clean. I didn't feel that I had to worry about her there, unlike at the hospital. I would recommend this place to anyone. “I just took my son down to Big River Ambulance because I had just taken him to his doctor's office and he had a high pulse there.I took him to Big River because I was worried and just wanted it double checked. I rang the bell and told "Julie "how scared my son was as was my husband and I and she grabbed her equipment and went straight to my son in a calm and reassuring manner. My son immediately was won over by her demeanor. She even had him laughing and saying how much better he felt and how nice and smart she was.My son is fine and Julie told us exactly what to look for and what to do if anything were to change.
