“Got a new S 22 in the mail and was having a little trouble figuring out everything I need to do with the new and old phone. Took it to this ATT store to ask for help. A gentleman in his 50s, who had worked in the grocery business, waited on me. I did not get his name. He took my new and old phone and did the entire set up and transfer of data for me while carrying on a pleasant conversation. This guy absolutely knows what customer service is! Many businesses have no idea anymore how to treat a customer. Keep in mind I did not even purchase from this store but this guy was awesome. He made my day so much less frustrating. I thank him very much for that experience.”
