We had a bathtub removed and replaced with a new walk in tub. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the skill of the people who did the work. I would highly recommend this company for any construction or remodeling projects.

Update: I wrote my initial review a couple of days ago. Since then we had a couple of minor issues occur with the performance of the tub. Not only were they corrected immediately and professionally but they went above and beyond my expectations to correct and issue that was the fault of the manufacturer. I would give them 10 starts if I could.

This guy is the real deal. John came out to give me a quote on a new deck, walked around the deck with me, showed me what the problem spots would be, explained the entire process, and was very responsive throughout the whole job. I was deeply impressed by his honesty, helping us to salvage what we could from the old deck and saving us a lot of extra material cost.

John and his crew did amazing work on our new deck, and we're very excited about furnishing and using it. We're definitely looking to him again in the future for other home improvement and repair jobs.

Jon and his installer Chris did a wonderful job on my project of a bathroom remodel and install of plumbing to my second floor. They kept me updated and informed every step of the way, checked for my approval during the process, and when issues arose (which in old houses, they always do!) worked with me to find solutions that matched or exceeded my original expectations. I feel like I got an amazing value working with them.

OMG.. there is SOOO Much I liked about working w/Jon and his crew at Leach. We met with 8 different companies and individuals about redecking our old deck. In the end... b/c of the great reviews, pricing, timeliness of project completion and also b/c Jon is such a nice guy, we went with Leach. I am so so glad we did. Not only did he come when he said he would and finished in the time he said he would... they worked SOOOO hard to include and double-check things to make sure that our deck would be better, stronger as well as more attractive than before. Jon and his project lead Ray did an amazing job helping up to come up with feasible ideas to make it the best structurally as well as esthetically. Ray was on the phone with me thruout the day sending fotos, asking questions and clarifying/expounding on ideas. He REALLY listened and made sure that everything was done per specs! This wasn't easy b/c we were asking for a modern/Euro style using horizontal vs vertical boards... which Ray & his team had never done before. But they really worked hard to make it look great! What's more... he did little things we didn't think about or ask for to make it look even better! Super job! And when I added little thoughts and ideas as the project progressed he was really kind, patient and totally followed thru!! Having had completed sooo many projects in our house over the last 20yrs... I KNOW that things can go awry at any moment... There were many points in a project like this where it could have taken a turn.. But it didn't!! AND MAN does our deck and balcony look awesome!!!! Even better than we had hoped!? Yea me!

Jon and his crew did an exceptional job on our deck and screened-in porch. We're happy with the outcome and are already talking with him about other projects. Highly recommend.
