“Absolutely amazing company! I called today to have some Freon added to our system and some insulation repaired and Randy was at our home in an hour to do the job. He was professional, kind, thorough, and more than helpful. On top of all that, his prices were extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond by offering to hose down our AC unit outside since it was dirty and that could have also been affecting its efficiency. When I couldn’t figure out how to get our water shut off valve to the outside hose turned on and told him not to worry about it and that we could do it ourselves later, he chose to instead come inside to help me find it, turn it on, and get the system cleaned out properly while he was there. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and the way that he explained everything to me as he did it (I tend to have a lot of questions, ha!) If we weren’t moving out of state, Randy and Global Warming and Cooling LLC would be my new go to company anytime we had a problem. I’m so glad we got to use them once before we leave so that I can recommend this company to our friends and family! Thanks, Randy!”
