John came out to give me a quote on a new deck, walked around the deck with me, showed me what the problem spots would be, explained the entire process, and was very responsive throughout the whole job. I was deeply impressed by his honesty, helping us to salvage what we could from the old deck and saving us a lot of extra material cost. “We hired Promise Home Works for some work in our home. We have NEVER, in our ENTIRE elderly lives, been more satisfied and impressed. The workers were so very polite and professional. We had our bathroom redone and changed from a tub to a walk-in shower. It is BEAUTIFUL and we have never been happier. They also moved our laundry facilities from the basement to an upstairs room. WOW!! They arrive everyday, at the time they promise. They work very, very hard ALL DAY and NEVER spend anytime just “hanging around”. And, every day when they leave, they clean up everything, from the day. We are so happy with them that we have recommended them to a rehab facility for patients going home with disabilities, to contact, as well as to all of our friends. Their Supervisor also comes by everyday to check the progress and make sure everything is on schedule. He is so knowledgeable and professional. This was a huge job we hired them for and we will never hire any other company, except them. The owners are also wonderful people. I wish we could give 10 stars but there are only 5 available. Thank you Promise Home Works - we love you!!!!”

“Manager Dave opened the closed store on a Saturday to let me in and make an appointment for brake work and alignment. After dropping the car off, they called and said only the rear brakes needed replacing. The original brakes have 76k miles on them so they could easily have recommended replacing them. They said they had plenty of pad left and the rotors were fine so that impressed me. Price was fair and top grade pads were half price. Great service so i will return.”
