“Very personable and professional. I loved this experience. I had many people tell me to stick to the big dealerships and I always have. I have bought cars for all my kids and for myself. It is hard to ever feel like you know enough when it comes to buying a car. I no longer will be going to those larger dealerships. It now seems so impersonal and I always have felt they try to upsale. It was so nice to go somewhere with a budget and have them really help to meet it. Guy running it (I forget his name but he had a cane) was very helpful and even offered to grab a service tech to help me figure out how to get a bolt out of my valve cover that I got a bit too aggressive with and had snapped in half. Got me the replacement bolt I needed and didn’t try upselling me to a whole new cover like a lot of places would have. Will be checking their sales dept out next time I need to buy a vehicle.”

Their location is a destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean with nice high end restaurants, inside an upscale shopping center. Certified cars on the lot were in pristine condition with many selections. Nicely decorated showroom with welcoming ambience.
