“This may be hard to believe but kids riding dirt bikes is a low priority call and while you are mad at 911 they have a job to do too. They have to try and sort out what is an emergency and what is not. They do a great job under pressure with multiple calls coming in at once. I would suggest you go see what they do before you make such a harsh judgment. It is not anyone that can do a job like this it takes a very special well trained person to answer calls for service. “It's awesome how it all works. Plus we go down and sit along the river. Just my husband my kids and myself. You can walk the river or down a trail. We love to build a fire and watch the barges go by. It's truly amazing to see. It makes you think about everything it takes to get those hauls up and down the Mississippi River.. And one day walking along the river I found a coconut 🥥 wonder how that got there 🤔 lol. It's a very peaceful place (if there aren't any wild people there) sometimes it's not a very good place for family to be around but the police are watching very well. We live so close to the river that is our spot.”
