I have been here about 4 years now and I love it here. It’s out in the country, quiet and very well maintained. Really didn’t know what to expect but it has been great. Lots of new homes going in. Jeff has always been kind and courteous. Highly recommend it here.
Truly has been an extremely nice time living here. The neighborhoods are quiet and away from the city but close enough for their convenience. Everything is well kept and not falling apart. Every neighbor treats the other with respect. Maintenance has been incredible. If the wind busted our outer door, they quickly fixed it. Appreciated the lawn upkeep as well since I'm disabled and Unable to tend to it myself. Thank you.
Best mobile home park in Eastern Missouri. I lived in a lot of them. Well managed, clean, no riff raff. Reasonable lot rent.
It's quiet, well managed and it resides in the most beautiful setting. You will be close to Troy, O'Fallon and St. Peters.
Red Hawk Estates has been a great place to call home for the past year we’ve been here. There’s pros and cons just like every place. If you enjoy a country setting this is a great place, as there’s no noisy city sirens, etc. Neighbors are friendly as well. The double wide we reside in has a modern feel and updated appliances. Which is nice! A lot of landlords increase rent but never give any updated touches. Rent is cheaper than most properties in the bigger city limits. So as long as you don’t mind a 20-30 minute commute to the city it’s not bad. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner, and Jeff has always been accommodating in that aspect. Never had any issues with the landlord so it’s been a pleasant experience. The ONLY complaint I have is some of the children/teenagers that come to the playground. We live next to the playground so my yard conjoins with the public playground. The children use very vulgar language. I have a 6 year old and a 4 year old who do not cuss or back talk for that matter, yet I’ve noticed they’re picking up on that kind of behavior. There were a few teenagers who cussed at my children as well, and tried to tell them “kids weren’t allowed” over on the swings where they were. They were openly talking about having sex with each other as well, around my daughters. Other than those occasions they love it here. Unfortunately that has tainted our experience and I have to keep a closer eye on my daughters.
