(March 25, 2018, 3:48 pm)I could talk for days about how great this place is. They focus so much on form and technique which should be the base of any workout routine. They offer classes, personal training and nutrition opportunities. The coaches are awesome and the community of great!

(October 14, 2016, 10:13 am)This is a great box. I'm in KC a couple weeks out of the year. I dropped in three times this week and everyone was friendly and inviting. The programing was great and it was easy to setup my drop-in in advance through wodify. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.
(March 24, 2016, 9:37 am)I was able to drop in twice while on a recent trip to the KC area. Really clean, really spacious gym with every piece of equipment you can think of. They even have a turf field with a sled! But the best part of experience was the people. They were extremely welcoming to an outsider. I will be stopping here every time I am in the area. Awesome place!
