“KCI CrossFit is such a great community! The staff is extremely professional and experts in their field. They have a commitment to safety and mobility but they are always challenging me to push myself. We have three kids under the age of 6 and I was really worried about bringing them. I actually have not been to a gym since they were born because I couldn’t make it work but they LOVE being at KCI! The community at KCI is so great with kids. It’s so cool to see how my kids have started to take an interest in fitness just from watching us work out. They are jumping on boxes and doing pull ups! I love the progress I’ve made and the changes I see in my body. My first goal was to do a pull-up. My first pull up was caught on camera by the owners and they sent me the video! Love this place!!”
