“I discovered this wonderful store while browsing the area with my wife, and ended up purchasing her a vintage watch while there. And while I love the store and the collection of vintage watches, and enjoy browsing the selection online, I have met no end of frustration regarding customer service. I have called multiple times, leaving messages, and emailed multiple times regarding availability of watches, having potential repairs done there, and possibly have some watches placed there on consignment. I never received a single call back or returned email. The one time I was able to reach the store over the phone, it was sales staff that answered and they were indeed very pleasant. They instructed my to text pictures of potential consignment watch, which I did. However, have not yet received a response in almost a week. Summation - great store, great collection, but that customer service really turns me off.”
