“The experience I had at this particular Taco Bell couldn’t have been much better. It was so good, I’m taking the time to tell the general public about it. Bathrooms were clean, lady at the counter was nice, and the icing on the cake? My food was not only hot, it tasted as fresh as TB can taste, AND it was made correctly. You know how you typically have a burrito with all the good stuff on one side, and the other end is just sauce and rice? Not this burrito! Got a piece of steak in every bite! Well done, lady making burritos! You’re much appreciated in this world of half rice burritos. This visit has been bittersweet, however. I’m afraid this is as good as it gets; no visit to Taco Bell will ever be the same. I know they have the capability to make great food, but alas, it may never happen again.”

“This location must be a great one for Dairy Queen as they are always busy nearly every time I have been here. Although the service inside seemed fairly slow the staff was friendly and also it appeared that at least one person was in training. The atmosphere is nice good lighting and relatively clean. My wife and both enjoyed our blizzards.”

“Ran across this place quite by accident but very glad we did! Food was very good, generous serving size, and friendly waitress. Six people ate and had soft drinks for about $85 (before tip). A fair assortment of burgers and sandwiches to choose from. Will definitely visit again. Only negative was the dozens of TVs were way too loud, making it hard to converse.”

“Scott's Kitchen is normally only open on weekdays for breakfast and lunch, but they announced they would be open on all Saturdays in December 2018. I have been wanting to try Scott's Kitchen, so this was the perfect time to try them for the first time. My wife, my son and I went for Saturday breakfast. I ordered the burnt ends breakfast burrito, my wife had the brisket breakfast burrito and my son was less adventurous and just ordered 4 pancakes. The meat in the burritos was delicious and the burritos were filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes and a touch of salsa. Attached are some pictures of my burrito deconstructed, so you can appreciate the large amount of ingredients. I want to go back for dinner to try some more of their delicious barbecue!! 2 types of bbq sauce that are made in-house had outstanding flavor and were great on our breakfast burritos!! Highly recommend trying Scott's Kitchen when in the vicinity of Kansas City International!!”

“Very nice bar and grill. A bunch of us were there that had cancelled flights from the blizzard. The staff went out of there way to offer us a free taco bar and wings. Very friendly bartender and waiter. The food was very good as well for a bar! And they had 5-7 Boulevard beers on tap that were cold. I will go back if ever near KC airport again!”

“Pork & Pickle was a pleasant surprise at the airport. It was two days before Christmas, there was a Chiefs game taking place, and the restaurant and bar were fairly full. Despite these factors, my only complaint about the service I experienced was it was a little on the slow side for drink refills, but by no means as bad as some of the other reviews I read. We were seated quickly and our order was taken as soon as we were ready - food came out fast, too. I was expecting pretentious, over-rated barbecue, but when my husband's combo plate and my dirty chips arrived, the food surpassed our expectations. We will definitely go back here the next time we fly into KC. I was sad to see so many negative reviews as this restaurant was a great experience for us.”

“The Burnt Ends are great. The pulled pork is great. My son loves the smoked ham and cheese grilled sandwich. The beans are good; the fries are good. Burgers and brats for those not into BBQ. Good sized menu considering the size of the kitchen. Outdoor seating only. Open Thursday through Sunday in the summer (scaled-back hours in the winter). Right next to the Worth Harley Dealership. During the summer, there is usually a band playing in the outdoor event center Thursdays, Sundays, and some Saturdays. In the summer, Thursday Night Bike Night is awesome with band, BBQ, and all makes of motorcycles in attendance. If you're not into motorcycles, don't be afraid to stop for the band and BBQ in the summer (you can check their website to see when they're hosting a band.) The BBQ team has great burnt ends (if they don't run out, of course.) Absolutely worth the stop for BBQ if the weather is nice. They do have take-out if the weather is bad.”
