“First, the front office staff provides a welcoming atmosphere. I've been to this location under horrible and happy circumstances; they have always handled every visit perfectly. The vets are much the same; they don't rush you, they listen, and treat both you and your fur child like family. Are they the cheapest vet office in town? Nope. But, they ARE in business to make money and you shouldn't expect Chevy prices for Cadillac service. In my experience, this is an exceptional group of people who provide excellent care at a fair price. Bonus: they take walk-in appointments! On a few occasions, I've had a senior animal who got sick late Sunday night. By Monday morning they needed vet care. It wasn't urgent enough that I was going to take them to the emergency clinic at 3:00 a.m., but it wasn't something that could wait for or six days for an available vet appointment. This is yet another thing to love about Eagle Animal Hospital. Every time I've called them with an urgent medical concern, the first thing they've said is "Bring him/her here and we will work you into a walk-in appointment"...I have never had them tell me they can't fit me in that day, or I need to go somewhere else. Again, the level of caring, compassion, and concern from every person who works at this clinic is so apparent. For me, my animals are family and I am willing to pay for the top-notch care and service from Eagle Animal Hospital.”

“Love dr Branson. She is great with my dog, works with you on payments if needed and gets you in and out fast. The only problems I have with this clinic is the receptionist! I tried changing my address with her but she couldn’t be bothered to change it. I got my dogs medicine a week later than I should have because it was sent to the wrong address. Then I try to call to make an appointment and I’m told I’ll be called back and never did I get a call. It’s impossible to get in because she’s not doing her job. Iv asked her many questions and usually get the answer I don’t know. No attempt to find the answer.”

“I can not say enough thanks to the team at Banfield. Shanna is my favorite. Her and the docs are the only reason I stay. Although they have had some team concerns, having Shanna move up was the best decision they made since I've been going there. They've been there through some tough times with my doggie kiddos. One of my dogs has a social issue and very scared. My dogs love Shanna. They go right to her. She is such a good spirit, even the kiddos can pick up on it. They may be busy at times but try everything they can to get them in and if it's an emergency those kiddos go first. Top Notch Team. Keep it up guys!”

“A year ago when my husband's and I's dog was going through heart failure, they did everything they could to make her as comfortable as possible, called and checked on her every other day, and when she did pass, they sent us a card signed by ALL staff. (They made it feel like they were going through the loss with you) Now when we go in with our new additions to the family, they greet them both like they are their own. The Doctors are amazing and so are the techs. I cannot say enough good things about this place!”

We had a dog have an ACL repair about 5 years ago. Our dog is on the more aggressive side and they always treated him kindly, and we never had an issue. Overall, it's a vet I would always recommend.”

“We only visited this vet once with our very sick cat. They didn't have any appointments open but said we could drop him off and some one would look at him when they could. We waited just a bit and we're surprised to be seen by a vet. We got very bad news, but the vet was kind, and informative. Our cat was very sick and the vet called and talked to Blue Pearl, and relayed information he has said probably wasn't relevant. It ended up being relevant and it really made me feel good that even though he didn't think what I said was important he passed the info on anyway.”

She's not one and done, she will stick with her clients until they feel better. Her caring attitude is only surpassed by her in-depth knowledge of veterinarian science and therapy. On top of all of this, you also get Liz, Dr, Webster's highly-skilled veterinarian technician. Liz provides all of her clients with care and affection and a skilled level of treatments. Both of these professionals are top-notch and provide services commensurate with excellent care. I wouldn't even consider another provider.”
