If we had any problems, they were addressed A.S.A.P. Analytical Instruments unfortunately are very sensitive, And do have problems out of the control of the manufacturer or the second source supplier. I found Mid American to go above and beyond to address any unfortunate problems due to shipping, or supply chain problems to obtain parts from the manufacturer which is almost impossible. I give them a five star rating”

“Where do I begin? First, Glenna and Rob are the most amazing people and the ultimate hosts for a B&B. We decided to have an extended weekend while attending our niece's wedding in Weston and we are so very glad we chose The Steamboat Inn! Glenna gave us a tour of the beautiful Inn upon our arrival and told us wonderful stories about the Inn's history. We then enjoyed a fabulous happy hour with the other guests on their lovely deck and the time flew by. The Inn is a few blocks and easy walk to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants - which are so fun! Sunday morning we were treated to Glenna's fantastic breakfast - the orange scones were melt in your mouth delicious! And, she was so sweet to make a fabulous vegetarian apple and potato hash just for me (I am a vegetarian)! Our room was so lovely and the bed was like a cloud. We will definitely be making their Inn a regular destination. Thank you so much Glenna and Rob for making our weekend all the more special! Hugs - Cathie and Steve”

“Our car was pretty bad when we had it towed to Ashbys to diagnose. They were wonderful! It was so nice to be able to communicate via text instead of playing phone tag all day. We have been a long time customer of another shop in Parkville, but we may just have a new favorite shop to use. Hope was so nice and pleasant to work with. “We ordered a 22’ Wrangler 4Xe from Airport CDJR and had an awesome experience. We were treated right from start to finish. We had our wrangler built since we couldn’t find what we wanted that had all the packages we wanted and Terry Mykins our salesman was very communicative throughout the process. He would touch base regularly to let me know what status we were in and never acted like I was a bother when I pestered him with questions about functionality or updates. Wanted to give a shoutout to the sales manager Allen as well and treating us like valued customers! We will definitely be back to do more business here!!”
