Koziatek Contracting took on a challenging roofing project on our 1870s stone house replacing our wood shake roof with Brava Roofing Tiles. While it was a complex installation, it turned out beautifully! At every stage, their professionalism was impeccable. From initial measurements to delivery of materials, work site management, timely communications and overall problem solving, her attention to detail surpassed expectations. Throughout this multi-day installation, we were impressed with how effectively they worked together and how courteous and professional they were as a team. This is a great business with lifetime warranty!

Koziatek Contracting replaced the shingles and most of the decking on my 3,000 sq ft hip roof with a GAF roofing system (that has a lifetime warranty) and replaced the existing (unsightly) turtle roof vents with a more attractive ridge ventilation system. Their work crew completed the work in 8 ½ hours, which is extremely fast for the amount of work done. At the end of the day, all debris was carefully cleaned up and removed. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done.
