Veterans Care Coordination

My mother has had their help since my father, WW2 navy man, passed away in 2013. Thank you! She’s living longer with your help.

On behalf of my family I would like to thank VCC for their exceptional care for our mom - a spouse of a WW2 veteran. We had worked with Candice, Megan and others. They allowed us the opportunity to keep mom at home until her passing at 98 enabling my mom's wish. We can't thank them enough.

Alicia at VCC has been wonderful in assisting me and my parents with all of our needs during a difficult time in their lives. I am so thankful for the way she conducted business. She always got back to me with questions and requests within a day or maybe 2 at most. Her communication is outstanding. Always follows up with updates on requests. We would have been in great distress if it weren’t for VCC. The only way my parents could stay in their home is because of your business.

Veterans Care Coordination has been working with me on behalf of my parents since January 2021, and I am grateful beyond words. Alicia has been with me on this journey, every step of the way, bringing colleagues on board who have specific expertise where needed. Veterans Care Coordination knows how to navigate the complex and confusing labyrinth that is the VA as well as the enormous amounts of paperwork required that are equally complex and confusing. Veterans Care Coordination keeps in touch with me regularly so that, as far as my dad’s VA benefits and continuing eligibility is concerned, I am never in the dark.
When my mother passed away in April 2022, Alicia took great care in preparing the extensive amount of paperwork that would allow my dad’s VA Aid and Attendance benefit (which they obtained for him) to be transferred from in-home care to his assisted living facility. This made a very emotional and difficult situation less overwhelming, because I knew that Alicia and Veterans Care Coordination had my back as we worked together on behalf of my dad. If not for Veterans Care Coordination, my parents would not have had the help they needed to remain in their own home, and my dad would not be in a living situation where he is happy and cared for so well.

I would like to compliment our client rep Toby Hatcher at Veterans Care for her assistance in helping us get veterans benefits for my mother. She was very personal and when hick ups arrive she was right on it to get us through. This was a new experience for us and she was there to guide us through. Veterans Care has an asset in her and I appreciated her help.
