We had kind of a rough start here but honestly, it's a great place to live. Office usually responds and are very helpful and the maintenance guy here was very helpful. Other then the mowing service that tries to mow your yard even after you mow it, definitely worth the money to live here.

I've lived here long enough to renew my lease and its the best home I've rented in nearly 10 years. Rules are enforced and I love that. If it was not strict, it would not look as nice as it does. You get what you pay for 100%. I even got a new tree planted in my yard, the main road was recently repaved, lawns stay mowed, snow gets plowed. Those things matter. Sure, kids/teens roam the neighborhood, but that's just what they do no matter where you live. The office is responsive & personal - I've never had any issue with them. In fact, they've gone above and beyond nearly every time including helping me pick a really nice home here.
