The furnishings were modern and clean and the many amenities (pools, hot tubs, etc) were exceptional. Check in and check out was easy and explained well in advance. My accommodations were more than amazing; the private tours were more than I could have ever imagined; smooth transfers without any problems whatsoever; the restaurants she recommended were all 5 starts to me; all my activities (site seeing, hikes, beer tours, river boat rides, and a few other things I did) more than checked my bucket list.
