“Tonight, we ordered 3 items and when it was delivered by Paul, one of the items was missing. Paul was very apologetic and said that he would call on the way back and it would be ready to go. He then asked the kids what soda they like and promised to throw in a comp bottle. In a half hour, Paul returned as promised with the cheese pizza and soda for the kiddos. Kudos to Paul for turning an error into a great customer experience. Thank you!”

“i’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, so often that i’m a regular, and i have YET to have a bad experience. the pho is delicious and always piping hot (something really important to me). the soft spring rolls are amazing. the owner is a great person and he works hard—it’s just him and sometimes his family in the joint. i don’t know what else to say except that this is some of the best food you’ll ever have, give it a try!!”
