But, I don't feel like I got the best price on the merchandise that I purchased. And I'm certain of this... I could've gotten the same product at a "Family Dollar" store for ONLY a buck. As oppose to my spending $5.29 at "Dollar General". But, I needed the item I purchased quickly and didn't really consider driving the additional 1.3 miles to save a few dollars. And I definitely wasn't an educated consumer that go around. 🧐🤫🤣😂😅”

“Christian was a very prompt and honest guy. We just sold our house and our buyers wanted our house treated for termites even though we don't have them and haven't for years. Christian came out and took a look at things and said he didn't see any and we didn't need his service, but if we wanted them treated, he would do it. Our buyers still wanted them treated and Christian's price was one of the lowest from about 8 bids. He calls, texts and emails and makes the process very easy and gets back to you right away. “As we struggled to get our deck done with a bad first choice contractor, the only saving grace for my sanity was the team at Hackmann and our second great choice contractor. Throughout it all, the team at Hackmann took the time to discuss what we were doing, offer suggestions and figure out what, and in some cases how many, we needed. Then they delivered it when we needed it and placed it where we asked them to. They custom ordered some items for us and got them to us quickly. It was easy to return stocked products and they even took the time to help me figure out how to send in the warranty on the products. (Who does that?!) They simply could not have been better to us. Whatever your hardware needs, whether it's lumber, composite decking, railing, nails, paint, electrical, plumbing, BBQ grills, gardening supplies, even birthday cards and Cardinals novelties, and of course everything hardware related, go to our hometown Hackmann store. We recently had McCarthy inspect our home after we believed we had termites. Bob the technician came out and confirmed the bad news. We were of course very worried about this, but Bob explained everything and was able to ease our minds. He was so knowledgeable and was able to start treatment that day. Bob is seriously the best! He is so friendly, kind, and professional- great with our crazy dogs and kids! Everyone in the office has been nothing but nice and so easy to work with. We even had them come out and spray for ants today and again- the technician ( I'm sorry I cannot remember his name), was great! Efficient, explanatory, and kind! “the place is always clean and organized. i can find what i am looking for within 10 mins. i usually walked in and in about 30 mins im out the door and heading home. friendly and knowledgeable staff. reasonable prices. there are some breakable things usually in the back right corner section of the store. that is where the glass items are located. i dont recommend takin kids in this section of the store. the toys are located in the far left back corner section of the store. school supplies are also located by the toys.”
