Eric was detailed In description during the assessment and after when quoting me, as he wrote up an document to provide to my insurance. (and for my understanding) Chrissy ensured the information i needed was always communicated to me and was extremely patient with my worried timing constraints. She even communicated clearly to my title company. (Hector and crew) Bone Dry takes the time to detail their work by providing pictures of your roof during work. They never tried to upsell me, they kept me at ease during the limited time constraint I was on, and the work matches their the effort provided to me to keep my business. “This company does outstanding work. I had a prior contractor screw up my garage. A piece of wood needed replaced because of water damage, the old contractor made it worse. Hawkeye Roofing came out, looked at it, gave me a resonable bid, and came out within a week to do the work. The quality of work is outstanding. The owner communicated well, and the other workers were great to talk to and ask questions to. Definitely will hire them in the future.”
