My experience at Pappas was a BREEZE! After coming across a vehicle I was highly interested in, I contacted them to check on availability. Chris Brower reached out to me via email immediately to assist. Conflicting schedules prevented me from viewing as quickly as I wanted to, but Chris kept me informed of the car until I was able to see it in person. He had the car ready for me to test drive when I pulled up. I knew it was a done deal before I put the car in “drive”. Chris was straight to the point, honest, without pressure, was ready to make it happen for me. Within a few short days, I was back at the dealership to make my purchase. Chris handled the chaos like he was made for it! I was introduced to a gentleman in finance before I worked with the manager of the department. Brett Bales was equally as helpful as he walked me through step by step, encouraging and insightful, without pressure. Brett is corky and fun and made my first car buying experience a delightful one. They shined my baby up and filled her up before I drove her off the lot. I’m incredibly grateful and appreciative of the staff that assisted me on this journey. It wasn’t one I wanted to take since it was hard coming to terms with needing a new daily driver. Thankfully everything worked out and I didn’t even need to trade in my old baby. Truly a blessing to have had this guys in my corner advocating for me and helping me despite any hurdles I was afraid of. Such pleasant individuals with a beautiful shop and large selection of beauties to choose from. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND*. Y’all are great - THANKS SO MUCH!!! 🫶🏻

We purchased a new vehicle from Pappas a few weeks ago, and were very pleased with our experience! We worked with Shay, who was amazing to work with!! We were not pressured in any way by him and was very responsive to calls and text messages along the way. It was our first experience buying a car in Missouri. Having said that I went to the DOR/License place, waited in line at least an hour, only to find out that I was missing a document! I called Pappas, and Beth graciously faxed a copy there on the spot!!! That’s service, and MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Had a great buying experience from Pappas. Shay was very helpful and has great communication skills. Mike Weaver explained things very clearly and thoroughly with financing. Tabi at the front desk is a sweetheart. I would highly recommend buying from Pappas Saint Peters!!
