“When we walked in for the first time, during covid no less, we were greeted immediately. The employees asked about our cat, her particular food issues and helped us find the best options for her. In addition we received our varieties free if they didn't entice her. As we left we immediately declared we would be coming back. This just based on the attention we received. Our junk food addict of a cat suddenly was eating quality food with Gusto. We have weaned her off dry food as well! She loves the food we get her now and we are pleased with the security of feeding our cat the best food she will eat. All of this, customer service, healthy cat, and local business! There is nothing more we could ask!”

“My wife and I had a great lunch today at Massa's in St. Charles. We have not eaten out much in the last year or so due to COVID restrictions and the fact we have been eating healthier and dieting, but we have started to eat out a few times in the last two months to enjoy some good food and "cheat" on our diet. We had A++ service today that warranted a review. I do not leave reviews very often, but felt the urge to recognize our server Erin today as well as the food. The food was excellent and the friendliness and professionalism of Erin exceeded our expectations. My wife even commented later after we were home that we rarely find such a friendly and hospitable server. Great service is hard to find these days, but I am happy to share that it still exists in these crazy times we live in today. Although this was our first visit to Massa's in St. Charles it will most certainly not be our last.”

“Very nice spot to grab breakfast. They make you feel like family as from the very first visit and will make you come back for more. I come here about once a month to enjoy their food and their company. Debbie is always there and is super kind. The food there is typical American faire with specials posted on the back wall. The pancakes are huge, and the eggs benedict plate is great too. Not too many frills involved, but is very cozy and make you feel at home. Bathroom is in the back and is small. The water gets very hot very fast so be careful.”

“This is a great park. Big playground and they have a toddler area. The splash pad is a lil small but its pretty neat. It has a lil waterfall and its like a stream that goes down leading to a small area splash pad. My kids always have a blast.”
