Dr. Spezia performed my knee replacement surgery. His expertise as well as pure talent on closing the incision, was second TO NONE. His surgical talent and fine attention to Every detail is the only the reason I had such success. I send anyone I know to him and you will see his passion for his practice is obvious from start to finish. Not every surgeon has the finesse of this extraordinary Physcian.

Today I went to their walk in clinic at their new “amazing” location in St. Peters. The new building is beautiful, spacious and has everything under one roof that you’d need for orthopedics! Plenty of open spacious parking, waiting room is very big with comfy chairs and the staff, as always, are happy smiling and wonderful! I was seen quickly and Dr. McCallister was so friendly and professional, even as a walk-in, he took his time and wasn’t rushed. I cannot recommend Advanced Bone and Joint enough! Everyone from the doctors, PAs, nurses and front desk staff are great! A+++ in my book. Thanks for always taking such great care of me!
