The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love that every time I go there, they take all the time I need to ask all my questions. They make their own juice, on site for specialty flavors! By far my fave vape shop ever!

This store ROCKS! the customer service and care for customers is second to none. They own faulty equipment, great rewards and like I said everytime I have been to this location I was well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of your customers, I am referring all of my peeps to this location!

I brought in my shattered tank tonight as I accidentally dropped my mod earlier at work & they went to work fast. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and thorough these guys were in making sure that I was fixed back up and running with my vape. Super appreciative and will definitely be back as well as continue to recomend for OFallon.

ADHD is strong in my blood. I went in with 3 million questions. Never once were eyes rolled, huffs made, or lack of care. They followed my rambles but answered the original question. Will never go anywhere else again. This place is great.
