“The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I feel Carrie went above and beyond to help out. We got there early to pick up a load and one lady was rude just letting us know we were “extremely early” multiple times (like we didn’t hear her the first time). But Carrie tried her best trying to get us loaded early, but she couldn’t. While she was trying staff was just looking at her crazy, I really hope she’s getting treated with the respect she deserves. Thank you Carrie as a truck driver we thank you for how hard you tried and you being so kind to us. Thank you!”
