“My brother and I placed my Dad into Twin Oaks Ofallon about 4 years ago (2017), and I can confidently state that Twin Oaks has exceeded every expectation we had for an assisted living home. I think what impressed me the most was how cheerful and kind the staff are. Not only does my Dad seem to have a great relationship with just about everyone there, but (before covid) for many of my visits I would use a rear entrance that happened to be near a break area (closer than the front entrance to my Dad's room) and I'd often pass staff on break. And it was comforting to see how happy and cheerful they always seemed to be. They'd even hop up to help with the door if I was bringing in groceries. The nursing staff is also extremely helpful and kind. They are always prepared for doctor visits (with a packet of meds & info for the doctor), and they always call to keep us informed about any issues my Dad is having. They are all good people. I could go on for pages about how much I love this place. It was a scary experience making the decision to move our Dad into a home, but I can't imagine a better place for him to live now that he's been there for a while. Even my Dad has grown to love the place.”

“I was pleasantly surprised here today. I needed some place for a quick lunch, and this place was close to where I was working. This is a higher income area, so I expected lunch to be pricey, but it wasn't. I ordered their special of the day, which was a personal size (9 inch) pizza, perfectly done, with two toppings and a small salad. The salad was so big and good that I couldn't finish the pizza, which was really excellent. To top it off, this special was only $10. I hope to try this place again soon!”

“I placed a carryout order and enjoyed a Miami Vice at the bar while I waited. The staff was helpful and friendly. The inside atmosphere was a lot larger and nicer than I expected but super comfortable. My son loved the steak tacos. I ordered beef enchiladas, with all the extras on the side. My dinner was delicious! Even the included tortilla chips were great. The food and service exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back!”

“This has been a long time coming. My first experience here was when I was told by the Toyota dealership that my drive train needed to be replaced. It just so happen that they had a brand new one in the back, and they could fix it right up for a nominal fee ( between 1 and 3 thousand ). On a whim, as I was on my way to my appointment for them to replace it, I stopped into len's and asked them if they could do an inspection. 30 minutes later, and I find out everything is fine, same for my U-joints. Price to replace? 3-4 hundred dollars. I paid them on the spot, they replaced them and all was well again. I also decided that because they had been able to catch what was a blatant upsell by the Toyota dealership, I would have them change my oil instead. Imagine my shock to find that not only did they change my oil, but they did an in-depth vehicle inspection and sent me a link to the full report with pictures and recommendations. I couldn't recommend them enough, and because of their professionalism and kindness, I've never looked back and only trust them to work on my truck. TLDR; - Saved me over a thousand dollars and unnecessary work to my truck - Professional, and they back up any recommendations with evidence - Polite and a joy to interact with - don't go here (joking). I'd like to keep this place as much to myself as possible.”
