“This is a legit 5-star rating and not solicited by Hosack or the technician who served us today. Kent installed a new exterior faucet for us. He was very personable with me and our curious dogs. He performed the install quickly. After the install was complete, he showed me the work he completed and taught me about a feature on the faucet that didn’t exist on our old faucets. He was very professional. I asked for a bid to replace our other external faucet, and when we are ready for that work to be done I will definitely be calling Hosack and requesting Kent to perform the work.”
