“Just spent the past 11 weeks at this hotel and the staff is just great. The room was always clean and if you have any issues at all, the front desk gets right on it. Grocery shopping and everything else you need is within a 1 minute walk out the front door. The staff did everything they could to make me feel welcome. “Well it’s just one of those days and I had to go to the Emergency room. Fever and ankle with an infection in it. I didn’t want to or expect to be here. Arrival was flawless. Pulled up to the door and they came right out with a wheel chair. They got me in the chair and in the door. Went straight to entry nurse who took all info into computer, then straight to the treatment area. That was fast. Next came a nurse then a doctor who made the assessment to get the orthopedic doctor in. That went fast as well. Within 1.5 hours I had been evaluated and was waiting for X-rays. That went well. Then the happiness slowed down. They knew what they wanted to do but they have to get me admitted now. We came to a crawl. I arrived at 1pm and it was now 6:30. I would not see a room until 11pm. They said at 8pm that they had a room and knew the number but it took 3 hours to get there. The folks on ward were extremely nice and they did feed me right away. My stay since arrival has been spot-on. Can’t say enough about the staff and team members. Other than the admission hiccup, it has been a great stay. Mind you they took all my hardware out so I have more to go but this has been a first class ride. Would rate 4.3 overall.”
