The doctor was able to identify the alignment issue within minutes and alleviate the pain and tightness. She put together a treatment plan; including at home exercises that immediately improved my concern.

Only thing I wish….is that I went to her sooner!

I came home to visit family and tweaked my back and neck prior to coming home. As days went on, the pain got worse to where I could not walk or take deep breaths without wincing. Made an appointment with The Joint Chiropractor and immediately felt relief after leaving their office! I’ve never been to a chiropractor and was extremely nervous once I sat on the bench. Dr Phares was great and made me feel at ease immediately. I would definitely recommend them, at least the Rockville MD location! Hope all other locations are as fantastic as this one.
