The staff and most importantly the Administration is receptive to his needs and our families’ suggestions. The facility is always clean and no matter what time I visit, there has never been an unpleasant smell or unkind word. I have piece of mind knowing that his complex physical and mental and personal needs are being met. I am happy that the Nursing staff allow him to make some decisions about his care and encourage him to do things that he can to the best of his ability.
