Owner knows his trade was going to rebuild my yanmar starter for my tractor called later that day said he found a new high torque starter for less then a rebuild saved me half what dealer wanted and cranks much better

I have an electrical issue with my 2005 Ford Taurus see. Not knowing what the problem was I brought it to this place thinking maybe they can help me however him for me he no longer works on cars like he used to. But even with that said he asked me to pull my car up into a bay took a look at my car for at least 45 minutes and attempted to see if he could tell me right up front what the issue was when you couldn't find it upfront he even offered me to bring it back and leave him for him to actually really look it over. What I appreciate even though he couldn't find the problem while I was there was that he didn't charge me and I asked me to bring it back and said that he would do something outside of what he normally does just to help a customer. This is Ultimate customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone based on the level of customer service I received and I technically wasn't able to be a customer.
