“It's hard to find a better hair cut on the Hill. I tried several different barbers around the area and Ralph is by far the best. He's an old school barber who I happened to find my chance, but I'm happy I did. He's been cutting my hair for a little over a year now and always does a fantastic job. He also is one of the last barbers to still use a straight razor to line up your neck line. Hair cuts are cheap (Under $20 with tip). The waits can sometimes be long (30+ minutes if there are 2 people ahead of you); But I don't mind. Also if you're looking for a good story and a laugh out of your barber, this is your place.”
