Seems to be a pretty nice place. Staff are all helpful, and polite. The layover, for my connection flight, is shorter, due to the flight out of Nashville being delayed. Don't have a lot of time to explore this place. All in all, it's not a bad place to spend some time.
Southwest is the best airline for domestic flights. It's affordable. You can check two bags for free. Check in online and just give them your bags and board. Fantastic all around. I don't use any other airline.
I love flying Southwest. I changed my flight and the young lady at the ticket counter was one of the friendliest people in the world. I can see this young woman going places within the system. She was friendly, but went the extra mile for me to get the best flights at the best rates. Way to hire Southwest.
Terminal 2 has easy access and reasonable security check times. Wait times can get excessive from time to time (1 hour +). Off site parking shuttle drop-off/pickup zone has been redesigned/improved (east end of lower level). Terminal WiFi access has improved. International (inbound flights) Customs processing is very reasonable. Global Entry members have VIP access with little/no wait (all members in your travel party must have Global Entry card $110 fee).
