We had a lovely time here. Staff was friendly and very helpful with making us feel welcomed. Room was very clean and upgraded compare to other hotels in the area. Nice big shower. Pool was amazing. The kids loved it . Not so deep,very close to the rooms too. So many sitting areas around the property. Breakfast was very delicious, kids loved making their own waffles and a variety of options for picky eaters. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit Port A.

First of all, the person whom I talked to on the phone Megan, she was very informative as well as helpful. When we arrived close to midnight, the front desk person who was there was very welcoming and answered all my questions. The rooms are very comfortable, easily accessible. The breakfast here is amazing. The waffles are the best with so many toppings. Eggs and bacon were fantastic. This morning, I took a nice stroll to the beach to see the early morning sun. It was priceless. The sum it all, there was not one person among the staff, that did not greet us with a smile and everyone was very helpful. Kudos to management and staff. Customer service has become a rarity in these days but BW@PA was exceptionally good. Will stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The continental breakfast was excellent. Its in walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to the beach.. We rented a golf cart from ISLAND SURF RENTAL within walking distance of the hotel. They had the best rental prices and we ate at PORT A PIZZA across the street from the hotel. All you can eat for $11 including drinks and ice cream machine. Everything was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, and super close to the beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was nice and fresh, but the rooms could be cleaned a little better. Just dust and dirt on the floor, wall in bathroom needs to be wiped down better. Cleaning services need to pay a bit more attention. Loved the book nook and the business area- very well done!

We stayed at this amazing hotel Feb. 20,2022 until Feb. 22,2022. This hotel is amazing because of it's management. They are the epitome of great customer service. We were made to feel so welcome from the sign in to our rooms to the cleaning staff, pool staff, breakfast staff, etc. There was always a happy greeting or a "can we do something for you to make your stay more satisfactory." The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool had many lounges and chairs and warm towels and the breakfast for the two days was more than adequate. There was always coffee and hot chocolate available. Recommend this hotel for its location to restaurants, shops and activities. Great for single people or families.
