“We had a very disheartening experience. My daughter (newly graduated from high school) was really looking forward to getting Lasik for her graduation gift. Her prescription is very strong, and even with glasses or contacts, her vision isn't quite perfect. I had been communicating with Pepose since last August -- asking about age requirements, the time needed to wear glasses, the wait between consultation and surgery, etc. I made her appt. back in March and her prescription was sent to the office. We showed up at our consultation after 3 weeks of wearing coke bottle glasses and putting our lives on hold and also planning around this potential surgery. My daughter was called back and came out within 7 minutes (she should have been back there for 2 hours) -- distraught and crying. They told her she couldn't get the surgery because her prescription was too strong. Yes. That's correct. When they had her prescription in their possession and despite me making what felt like 100 phone calls to their office. My daughter was crushed. I know this is a first world problem, but for someone who has never been able to see well, it was a dream come true. They apologized but it's just not enough. This was a basic function of someone's job and we unfairly paid the consequences. UPDATE: Dr. Pepose himself called me to apologize. He was very sincere and kind and took the time to explain how things went wrong. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and their experiences in his office. I have a lot of respect for people who admit mistakes and apologize. That level of customer service says a lot.”

“Dr. Qazi and his staff have been dedicated, professional and very personable. Everyone is very skilled and very responsive and respectful during all facets of my exams and surgery. The level of service was exceptional as were the results from my surgery. The physical environment was clean and great care was taken to insure this especially during the pandemic. I have been more than satisfied with my entire experience with Pepose Vision Institute and would highly recommended them.”

“I saw Dr. Tentindo at the Chesterfield location and I have nothing bad to say at all. My overall experience was great. The staff was so nice and friendly. They were quick at getting me in and answered any questions I had. The equipment was way better and up to date than other offices I have been in. The place was easy to find and the doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me options as to what I wanted to do. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“I had my first treatment here last week and cannot wait to go back! Like who even says that about any kind of Dr office?! The facility itself is beautiful, clean and literally has everything you can need plus more in their waiting rooms. I felt like I was waiting for a spa appointment, not an orthodontist. The staff at the front desk and anytime I’ve called have been super helpful and very friendly. Jen worked on my teeth and made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step since she could tell I was nervous. She’s fabulous! Although I was there for myself, Jen took me on a tour of the pediatric side of the office since my daughters with definitely be needing braces in the near future. I have never seen anything like it! They have thought of everything when it comes to giving kids the best experience possible when it comes to braces! The waiting room has a theater with movies for siblings that are waiting, video games and a little play area for toddlers! Allergy friendly snacks and drinks too! I’m excited for my kids to get braces here! HIGHLY recommend!”

“I received excellent care at Mid America Surgical Center. The nurses were professional in pre-op, during surgery and in recovery room. Anesthesia kept me comfortable. My only suggestions would be to keep family aware as my surgery took a while and to give post op instructions to family as some patients can be drowsy.”

“Sunrise of Chesterfield has been an amazing place for mother. My mother moved in three years ago and now is on the memory care floor which they made transition for my mother and me fabulous. My mother has dementia and I do not live in town so I needed a.place where I felt comfortable leaving her since I could not come visit daily. She is always happy and luvs it there. The staff is so amazing and educated in all that they do. When I come visit they are always pleasant and I feel like they are family. When my mother needs something they call or already have it taken care of. The facility is spotless and the food good variety. I must mention a lovely girl named Kellie. She runs the memory care floor as is spectacular. She keeps me informed of everything and makes me feel at ease which is very portant to me since I do not live there. I highly recommend Sunrise of Jester field if you are looking for a assistant living or memory for a relative. I have been very happy.”
