I drove to Sonny’s with the hopes of setting an appointment. The staff was amazing to say the least. Before I knew it, my car was on a lift for a diagnosis. Not just one, but two test drives later with me along for the ride, I was shown exactly what needed to be repaired. In addition, I learned of a recent previous repair that was done incorrectly at a different business. Service work was done with zero pressure. I was shown what needed to be repaired. It was a very clear and honest diagnosis. I now have a plan, and a dollar amount for repairs that will need to be addressed down the road. Great people! Great business!”
