βIβve been a member for some time and I just LOVE the Lamp & Lantern location! EVERYONE is super friendly AND my son worked at that store in high school/college. Those team members work HARD in ALL kinds of weather & they NEED to be tipped, as they rely on tips much like wait staff in restaurants! They are doing what YOU DONβT want to do...cut them a little slack! ππΌ PLUS...their Corporate Office is GREAT! They handled an issue I had w/my Circle Membership. It was MY issue, but they took care of me! TWICE! Thanks for all you do for me. Having been in the service industry extensively in the past; nit picky people make me CRAZY; as do the $1 tippers! Iβm a fan! Keep it up! : )β
