They are not there to hold your hand and they are not there for anger management therapy. 2. I’m an early adapter with Rivian, which means there is a learning curve, asking questions ahead of time, doing one’s homework, helps with communications and realistic expectations. I called periodically and asked questions without nagging or demanding. They answered me in a professional and timely manner. Treat people respectfully and you will be treated with respect. At that time he provided excellent service including very clear explanations and straight forward language, both in the documents themselves and in his communication with me. What has truly impressed me though is that I recently went back to John asking for clarification on implications of changes in my personal situation (remarriage and emigration) since he wrote my Will for me. He so easily could have taken that opportunity to 'sell me' the need for a new Will but instead took great trouble to point out all of the reasons why I did not need to do so, even though I had assumed that I would need to. I appreciate and respect John's professionalism and integrity in taking this approach.
