“Two of your Microsoft Store employees (Thomas & Zack) at the Galleria in St. Louis started helping my wife & I so we could recover our 9-year old Window/Intel machine in February this year. We are so delighted with the results & the professional service that was provided. Thomas, Zack & their colleagues at the Store worked together to recover the files we needed so that my wife could continue with her home based business & the work she does for our church.
