Stretch U & Cryotherapy

I have been going to stretch u for about a month and when I say I love it, I truly do! Bre does an remarkable job on waking up my muscles. Totally appreciate it!

Loved this place! " Stretching" may sound so basic but trust me, you feel this! My body felt like I ran a race afterwards, it was that "good" kind of ache. I highly recommend, your muscles with thank you!

The monthly session memberships are a great value!! I always leave feeling amazing and have had fun. But also love the results of increased mobility and flexibility!

I have used both the stretch as well as the cryotherapy. Both are fantastic. The stretching is a good fit for me when I'm in between massages. It has also made a tension headache go away. I was so pleased. I had a lower back muscle pain and the cryotherapy fixed it immediately.

The young lady Bre was great.. I just wish there was some privacy. You are getting stretched in front of other people. Its an open area sort of like the gym.
